Capricorn Full Moon 2011
After nine Labors of Hercules (Aries through Sagittarius, with Leo through Sagittarius corresponding to the five stages of occult meditation), there are three signs of SYNTHESIS where the task of building the antahkarana is completed. The mysterious glyph of Capricorn (Roman number V + Arabic number 8) may contain a key to this bridging work.
A thread of the social antahkarana is woven throughout the spiritual year in three phases:
1. Aries through Cancer: Mental, Astral, Etheric and Physical: the Anchoring (building the lighted house of self-consciousness).
2. Leo through Sagittarius: the five stages of meditation (Invocation).
3. Capricorn through Pisces: the bridging antahkarana (Evocation).
The Science of Invocation and Evocation is thus applied to the Labors of Hercules. The POWER attained at the mountaintop of Capricorn is made possible by Seven Words of Power containing 22 non-repeating keywords.
As we may remember, John Berges had found 11 "non-repeating essential keywords" in the Great Invocation that make 21 of its total words. The relation between 21 and the "mystic number 22" has been established.

TCF 1222: ... we are really studying the twenty-one vibrations of the Law of Attraction or motion, with the basic vibration, which is the synthesis of the twenty-one added, thus making the twenty-two...
Therefore, we are considering not only the esoteric meaning of the math constant PI (22/7), as it relates to the Bhagavad Gita's keynote "Having pervaded this whole universe with a fragment of Myself, I remain", but the revelation that these seven words of power, as a whole, constitute a very powerful seven-fold MANTRAM substanding the 5 stanzas of the Great Invocation (5+7=12).
This POWER, wielded with responsible compassion, must be applied to SERVE (Aquarius) and to SAVE (Pisces) for the disciple-initiate Hercules to enact the Fourth Initiation at each northern Spring Equinox.

Bug Zapper Alert
Why are bugs attracted to light?
Phototaxis is an organism's automatic movement toward or away from light. Bugs are positively phototactic. They seem charmed by your porch light, your headlights or your campfire (even if it leads to their demise).
How Bug Zappers Work?
Fluorescent light, usually mercury, neon or ultraviolet, attracts disease carrying bugs. A bug zapper, more formally known as an electronic insect-control system or electrical-discharge insect-control system, lures bugs into it and renders them harmless with electricity.
Note: The spiritual light in this movie lures bugs via the "related videos" feature in YouTube. Please be advised that the high voltage "wire-mesh network" of the Will-to-Good does zap intruding bugs! The voltage is harmless, though, to any true agent of the Light.

* For Applicants: Let the disciple learn to use the hand in service; let him seek the mark of the Messenger in his feet and let him learn to see with the eye which looks out from between the two.
* For Disciples and Initiates: Let the group serve as Aquarius indicates; let Mercury speed the group upon the upward Way and let Taurus bring illumination and the attainment of the vision; let the mark of the Savior, as the group toils in Pisces, be seen above the aura of the group.
"The stage where the disciple is in close touch always; he is being definitely prepared for immediate initiation or having taken initiation—is given specialised work. At this stage he is described as a Chela within his Master's Heart."
The significance of the word "heart" is the significance of life itself, as it beats eternally at the very heart of the universe. Within that life, the initiate now consciously stands, realising himself not so much as being a recipient of life, but as a distributor of life. This is a very different thing and holds the key to this stage of discipleship.
The "Master's Heart" is a technical term, indicating the sources of life and many analogous interpretations. There is at this stage and after a certain major initiation, a direct line of energy or of life—sensed, recognised, active and utilised—between the conscious disciple and
1. The disciple's heart centre.
2. The heart centre in the head. [Page 768]
3. The egoic lotus, which (until the fourth initiation) is the heart centre of the monadic life.
4. The Master at the centre of His group.
5. The Christ, the heart centre of the Hierarchy.
6. The life of the Monad which begins to make itself felt at the third initiation.
7. The Lord of Life Himself, the heart centre of Shamballa.
The line of relationship then extends from these onward and outward, and upward (spherically considered) to the Life at the very centre of our Earth's "alter ego," the planet Venus, to Jupiter and thence to the solar Lord Himself and on to a point in the Sun, Sirius. -DINA I

For the Splendor of Creation – Gustav Holst’s The Planets
(adapted for Harvard Commencement)
For the splendor of creation that draws us to inquire,
For the mysteries of knowledge to which our hearts aspire,
For the deep and subtle beauties which delight the eye and ear,
For the discipline of logic, the struggle to be clear,
For the unexplained remainder, the puzzling and the odd:
For the joy and pain of learning, we give you thanks, O God.
For the scholars past and present whose bounty we digest,
For the teachers who inspire us to summon forth our best,
For our rivals and companions, sometimes foolish, sometimes wise,
For the human web upholding this noble enterprise,
For the common life that binds us through days that soar or plod:
For this place and for these people, we give you thanks, O God.
Through the pressure of education (second ray energy), through the growth of the concept of synthesis (first ray energy), and through the correct use of energy (fifth ray energy), this world can be brought into a condition of preparedness for the externalisation of the Hierarchy (Humanity's Spiritual Guides or Masters of Wisdom manifesting the spiritual kingdom). -EOH 577
